My Next Challenge!

Medio Maraton Internacional de Coban Alta Verapaz Guatemala on May 20th. It's a run surrounded by the rainforest on a Mayan town with top world elite athletes.


Coban is 210km from Guatemala City, about a 3 hour drive from Antigua. According to the ESPN people they call it the 3H course (hot, humid and hilly). The temperature is about 30 D. Celcius.
