We say good bye to the "Caminos Baby"

It is a happy but sad day to see our little guy, Bennett leave Antigua. His adoption is final and he will be leaving this week for Indiana. His little life started out pretty rough and through God's grace he was able to overcome a lot of obstacles. He was born premature and given a long list of health problems and really not expected to thrive. His future mother saw a picture of him and said she wanted to pursue adoption papers. His doctor at the time, said "Who would want to adopt that?" Well, this lady said, "I want him!!!" So the process began....now here it is 9 months later and he is going home. And at this point in time, there are no health issues!
Through some other circumstances, his future parents needed to get back to the states and in the meantime they needed to find a foster home to place him. A family in our church offered to take him until the paperwork was completed. When they received Bennett he was extremely calm and quiet. Throughout a few couple weeks, his little personality started to shine through and through! He came to life. He found his voice and did he let everyone know he was in the room!!! You almost want to go back to the doctor and show him how much Bennett had blossomed. Everyone in Antigua knew and grew to love Little Bennett!
