A good friend of mine and her sisters invited me to hang out with them for the weekend. Tonja's sisters, Darla and Rhonda are from South Carolina and came to spend 4 days with her. They were so kind and let me join them for a day and half. It was great to hang out and be myself. Some great talks, laughs and great food. What about that diet???? Oh yeah, the new food plan starts Monday!
